This expansive roof terrace atop a classic Victorian single family row house, involved complex permitting in additiona to complex construction. It accomodates entertaining, cooking, and lounging. The upper floors below were renovated to include a matching stair, relocated mechanical systems, and renewed bedroom, closet and bathroom spaces.
